            Before me embarking on the assignment, I have expected that we would have to corporate in a group to do this business report. Besides that, I would expect that the group members in my group would give a little corporation in handling this assignment together and not alone. Overall in the progress of the assignment, my expectations were fulfilled. Everyone in the group was giving their fullest attention and able to give a little bit of their time in order to complete this assignment. Every member has done the task given very well and it was handed in time efficiently. Besides that, all of us could communicate to each other very well without any problems occurred. Each member has taken a lot of their time to think out what question to be asked during the interview. Many situations went well such as we are able to communicate smoothly with the owner of the café during the interview. In addition, the journey to the café is quite far and some of us live quite far away but at the end every single member arrived at the café on time. On the other hand, there are some issues that we faced during the progress of this business report assignment. Since every member is quite often busy with the other assignment, it is hard for us to have a solid time meeting to discuss about this assignment. Based on the sentence before, we have overcome the situation by sacrificing our free time on Saturday in order for everyone to be at the interview. Another problem that I have occurred is I do not know very well about the mandarin language where else my other group members are good at it. Correspondingly, since I am not good at my mandarin language, my other members would explain it to me after they have communicated with the owner. Thus, this will give me a better understanding and not to let me felt myself to be left out. Based on my opinion, this group assignment went very well. In fact, I do believe that every member in my group have shown their best potential as task given to each member was not a problem. Thus, I would do anything differently due to it was well as planned. In this assignment, I have learned a lot such as teamwork is one of the most important things that have to be learned by every group member. Furthermore, every member in the group has to sacrifice a little bit of time in their life to sit down and discuss about the assignment. This is to ensure that everything was planned out in order to counter less problems. Last but not least, every member must have good communication towards each other to understand each other on which task is given to the right person to do.
