            There are many things that i learned about academic integrity. First of all, academic integrity is the “moral code” as in we should have discipline attitude in ourselves. This is because we should avoid ourselves from cheating and plagiarizing the task/assignment given to us. We should always do our work based on the knowledge we have in our brain. We could gain the knowledge through reading books, online searching, research and many more. The reason we should do work based on our own knowledge is because of we could learn our mistakes then apply it in the future so that we will not make the same mistakes again. Rather than copying another person’s work or online, we would not gain any knowledge or the mistakes we make.

            It is very important for everyone to adhere to the rule of academic integrity. Every individual should always have these rules set in their mind.       Without academic integrity, it will not bring any benefits to the students and also the school or university as in the grades of the students and the image of the university. Academic integrity that is obtained by the students is good and may bring a lot of benefit to the school and students themselves. This is so that the students could know the moral values of academic integrity. Therefore, the students may know their own moral values and maybe they are able to improve and learn more for the better future for themselves.

            There are many ways on how i apply this “academic integrity” in my studies. One of the ways is through the assignment task given to me for all my subjects which is English, economics, management, quantitative management and accounting. In all my assignments, i always have a set of mind that i would do all the work given by myself and to avoid cheating as in copying another student’s work or from online research. This is so that i will know how good my work is and how much knowledge that i known about the particular subject. With all the assignment done by myself, i would always be proud of myself for doing the assignment without any plagiarism. This will only gain benefit for me to know more about myself in doing assignments. I know what i was wrong and i may able to improve myself in the future.

            When i am equipped with Taylor’s Graduate Capabilities, i am able to learn a lot about integrity. Based on my education in Taylor’s university, i am able to gain a lot of knowledge about all the subjects that i learned in this university. In this university, academic integrity is very important and it is being applied in all courses. This is to ensure that all students in the university are able to be independent and able to do their work based on their own knowledge and not from others. I gain knowledge from Taylor’s university so that i could apply it in the future.
